I have a set of 3.1tl's with what i believe is the wrong interconnnect cable. The one that I have has what appears to be a transformer like box in the line.I have been told that this was used with non common ground amps.I am using a carver TFM 24 which is a common ground amp.Should I be using another cable or is this one giving me the best sound. If not can I make a cable out of rc connectors and 16 gauge wire?

Thanks,

I would love to trade you a regular interconnect for the one you have.

To answer your question, the one you have will work fine.
    Dodd - Battery Preamp
Monarchy Audio SE100 Delux - mono power amps
    Sony DVP-NS999ES - SACD player
    ADS 1230 - Polk SDA 2B
DIY Stereo Subwoofer towers w/(4) 12 drivers each
    Crown K1 - Subwoofer amp
    Outlaw ICBM - crossover
    Beringher BFD - sub eq

Where is the remote? Where is the $%#$% remote!

    Will work fine.
And or. you could build your own.
But if you want to swap, put me in line after Russ.
I'd like to see if it makes a difference on my amp.
