Is there any way I can shield my old speakers (S4) so I can put them near my T.V.? Gonna be rearranging my living room soon and I'm not sure what to do with these speakers (keep 'em away, or use them for rear surround and just get some new front ones).

Somebody (I'm sorry) here used cancelling magnets on their big SDAs.:)Make it Funky!

Polk and Parts Express sell them. You epoxy them reverse polarity to the back of the drivers magnet.

Yep, I purchased the shielding/bucking magnets directly from Polk for my SDA-SRS 2.3's. It works very well.
What a project that was. Removing 18 total drivers one at a time and supergluing the magnet on the back of each driver.
It was worth it!
JohnNo excuses!
