Well thats it.
I suck.
I'm a loser and when I'm done posting this I'm going to go and kick my own ****.
I just spent the last 4 or 5 hours trying to download and burn a mp3 file off the web and play it on my stereo. I've come to the conclusion that I'm an over the hill loser that has had an entire generation of technology pass by him and that I have neither the brains nor the time to do the requisite work to be able to function in this new world. 3rd graders are doing this crap. But not me.

@% can. I suck. I suck. I suck

IMHO, you're better off getting a CD. MP3's are ****, compressed crap made out to be the next best thing since sliced bread. Phooey!!!

So, if it means anything to you, I don't think you suck because of the MP3 problem.

I do have an issue with your choice of beer, though...:p

You DON'T suck brother. Group hug everyone. Take your time, read up on how to do that ****. Technology is ever-changing; hell, I was (am) a computer technician by trade, but when I went to build my latest computer (after 5 yrs out of the game) it was like re-learning it all over again. Different MB's, busses, PCI this, USB that, AGP? WTF is AGP??? etc, etc. After 2 weeks of getting caught back up---no problem.

oh, and by the way...I don't have a clue on the "MP3" thing either, so stop beatin' up on yourself. um-kay?:D

Vr3, I won't waste your time. There is no way, no %#******! way that I could intelligently explain what I don't understand or even less of a chance that I could implement your suggestions. From this date forward downlaoding and cd burning doesn't exist in my world.

    Opus,

YOU don't suck. As PeterNG pointed out to us all, some time ago - Life is Suck.

Burning this and that - don't sweat it. Buy the cd, much easier on your psyche and wallet after all is said and done, and chances are it will sound SO much better.

You are a handsome man, and a good person. I want to have a picnic with you, and drink fine wines out of cardboard boxes, and eat rare, esoteric fruits and cheeses. I want to frolic in a park with you. You are SO hip and cool, in a retro sort of way.

    Cheers,
    Russ

Hah, I just went back and read about Coors Light. I've been making fun of guys that I see drinkin Coors Light for years... "So, which girl here handed you that beer?"

Screw the MP3 thing, its usually illegal and like said before, the quality is not all there.

My favorite Coors product is Killian's Red, give it a shot. First beer I ever drank was Coors.

    :D

It's alright trust me, one of my teachers 5 years back thought that the turbo button on a computer was meant to break it (She was fresh out of college too.) And no, not knowing much about computers doesn't mean anything, Less people know anything about computers than you think, you're just man enough to admit it.
Anyways, We're all losers (Not everybody will own up to it though ;))

You can give me a call if you need to as well. (you should have my phone number in your messages, if not, just let me know.) I am not sure what you are using to try and download the MP3's but I am sure we can figure it out. (whether it is worth figuring out or not is another question... )

You can build a cube with only 4 sides. Who says you have to think 3 dimensionally? ;)
