Aw c'mon, stop it. We bought it today, but it's locked away as a stocking stuffer for the kids. I gotta wait 25 more days to enjoy-THANKS! Maybe I'll sneak out and rent it when they're gone...

The reviewer at dvdreview.com called it his pick for DVD of the year. Said the PQ and SQ were near perfect. This was the 2 disc Dolby Digital version. The Superbit DTS version should be TOTAL NUTS!

I'll have to spring for a superbit 2 pack of 1 & 2 if and when it comes out.

I was debating over the 2-disc WS or the Superbit version, and with all of the extras on the 2-disc, plus the extra "exclusive" Best Buy bonus disc, plus the excellent DVD Review for a total of $14.99, I couldn't part with $17.99 for just the movie in Superbit DTS. I really like this one but not enough to pay that much just for the movie. However, I bet the SB version is incredible and I'd like to hear anybody's opinion on it - a comparison to the standard DD release would be most appreciated.

I went for the Superbit version because I don't watch all the extra crap on DVD's these day's. Let me watch the movie and I want it to sound great (DTS!). That's good enough for me.

However, it does have competition from The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King Extended Edition due in a few weeks. :p Given how excellent the sound and picture quality of the first two LoTR EE releases are, I expect the final LoTR EE release to be superb, too.

I watched this film last night. I'll tell you, this was by far the BEST super hero movie I have seen to date. There was action from begining to end. You never get a chance to get bored because of the non-stop action. PQ and SQ were top notch.
The storyline was excellent, and the end lets you know to look for another part to this saga. The fight scenes were excellent! The actors were great. What more can I say?
