Yeah, you Northerners have it REAL bad.

I have to mow the friggin lawn today. It's almost DECEMBER, and I got fire up the mower again. Un believable.

    Cheers,

    Ah, my home town!

My first winter in MD ('97) it didn't snow or get very cold. I thought "hey, I can dig this!." Next winter, it snowed about 26" in two back-to-back storms - felt right at home again.

What part of KC HBomb? I lived in Brookside for years, then Pleasant Hill for a few before the move. Despite the weather at times, it's a great area.

I live in Lee's Summit off of Raintree Lake. I'm a Pittsburgh boy through and through but KC and the mid west is outstanding has has a lot to offer the family.

I saw you just moved up to PA and believe your around York if I cought that right? Very nice in Central PA and I hope you enjoy it.

I'm very familiar with Lee's Summit. It used to be a bump in the road and then everything went wild along 291 north and south. Raintree is very nice.

I believe that was jhdiggs who just moved to the York area. We're south of the Mason-Dixon line and west of Baltimore - still southerners.

Eh, winter's not so bad, makes driving kinda hard, but, Its so gosh darned pretty to wake up to fresh fallen snow. Plus, its much much quieter with snow on the ground, traffic noise cut in half, at least.
