I've been looking at them and have recently decided that maybe I should put on eon my CHristmas list...I've been looking at ATI and Hauppage (sp?)...around the <$100 range.
What should I really be lookin' at/for?
Thanks!

I say, if you are at all interested, spend a little bit more and get one of the ATi All In Wonder video cards. You can get a new video card and the TV tuner card. ATi is much better at providing drivers for their All in Wonder cards compared to their TV tuner cards.

That's an idea; there isn't an X800 AIW yet, is there? lolGeorge Grand wrote: »

Wouldn't that be something. $1000, thats all, and the X800 AIW is yours!

haha, yeah! Money is why I was originally considering TV Tuner + graphics card instead of an AIW unit. How much does a 9800PRO AIW card cost? Does it performance compare to a 9800PRO?George Grand wrote: »

Pretty sure the performance is exactly the same.
I got an MSI 9800 Pro 128 MB, which, with XP SP2, automatically upgrades to at 9800 XT. You can get it for less than $200 at Newegg. I love mine. It works like a charm. The MSI has a big, thick heatsink, which really opens it up to OCing.
