Chronicles of Riddick - Unrated Director's Cut

I'm surprised nobody has posted on this DVD release - until now.
I picked this up on its release date. First off I really liked this flick when I saw it at the theater, but found the plot somewhat confusing - it seemed that the director tried to cram too much story into too short of a running time. However, the Unrated Director's Cut is about 15 minutes longer and significantly clears up a number of plot points, making it MUCH more enjoyable.
The real kicker is the A/V quality of the DVD - simply said, it is superb! Total reference. Ok, so no DTS - so what? I highly recommend this one even as a blind buy, but if you don't want to take that chance, at least rent it!

Great film, but the ending sucked. One of those "I'm going to leave you hanging for a while" endings. I plan on watching the other version this weekend.
