LC60i rated at only 4 ohms

Brochure mentions nominal impedance of LC60i at 4 ohms. This is a 4 ohm speaker, procluding the use of many amps? If using a Denon 1905 rated at 6ohm min. should TC60i be used instead?

    Welcome to the forum, I would say you would want to stick to the min. ohm rating for the receiver. A four ohm load would more than likely present an issue for the denon, what part of Tn. are you located?

    But check out denon's faq (item #9) where they explain about using 4-ohm speakers with their receivers.

    You can, buy I wouldnt do it....

    You arnt getting what the speaker can do and you risk damaging it and the receiver...
