LC65i question HELP!!!
I'm getting ready to install some inwalls tonight/tomorrow. I wanted to paint the speakers to match the room, using a can of spray paint..
Supposed to be easy, but the inside of the grilles have a soft clothlike membrane whic h if painted will plug the holes. I tried to take it out, but it's stuck good and just sort of peels layers, but does not come out cleanly.
So, are they supposed to be out permanently during normal playing of the speakers
Are they supposed to come out at all?
Are they needed for some sort of acoustical reason?
Thanks

I got it. One came out easy but the other was partially stuck, almost glud in.
A nuisance, but I got it all out.
