    Thanks to "Shack" I just ordered the CS400I from Crutchfield for $274 and it is shipping today.

    They also have a good deal on one in scratch and dent for $254.96 less $25.00 for new refered customers!

    I was tempted to order that center from them as well when the price dropped..If I dont replace my 6600 would that center go well with it? or woudl it be overkill for the 6600?

    it's the refer a friend offer you'll see in the catalouge if you get it. if you refer a new customer to crutchfield, they get $25 off their first order, in turn, you get a $25 credit towards your next order as well. it's a nice program!

    if anyone is thinking of ordering for the first time, LMK...:D

    If you have a friend, who has never ordered from Crutchfield before, and they place an order (I think it has to be $100 or more) and mention your customer I.D. number as the person who reffered them to Crutchfield, they'll get $25 off their first order, and you'll get a $25 gift certificate.

    Just got my CS400i delivered from Crutchfield today, place the order two days ago. Only $8.00 more with shipping than from brandnamez but worth it IMO considering Crutchfield is an authorized dealer. Anybody else need a customer ID code number to save $25?

    Just cancelled my order from brandnamez and ordered the 400i from Crutch - Thanks for the discount code juice!

    Now, If Crutch could drop the price on the f/x500i :)

    Hey, If you guys have a Fry's Electronics...check out the polk prices there. I bought RT35i for $199/pair!!!!!! I called crutchfield, and they were not willing to match...because "they offer better service". Ya, right, better service than a local store?!?!

    no, really, their service is right up their with polk's. my dad got a kenwood cd player for his passat fomr them, and after about 4-5 months(long after the 30-day money back guarantee) he wasn't happy with it, cause when he played it loud, the kenwood would power down so it wouldn't overheat, he called them up, and they took it back, no problem... truly great service.

    although, their are no fry's here on the east coast for me to compare them to, sounds like they have some damn good prices though...
