Fxi3 or Fxi5 and setup question
I was starting to look at some surrounds for my system. I currently have a yamaha rx-v750 rti8 fronts. CSI5 center and no surrounds or sub yet. I'm getting an SVS sub for X mas. I was looking at the specs for the FXI3 and FXI5 and the 5 is rated at 125 watts and 3 at 150 watts. Not too sure why. My plans were to move the rti8s to the rear get RTI12's for fronts and move the FXI3's or 5's to the side surrounds. Does this sound like the right move and are the FXI5's the way to go. I love home theater and listen to loud music so any help would be great.

Sounds like a plan. FXi5's make great surrounds. They sound really good with the 1812 cannon volley. I believe they have a little more midbass than the 3's. I've heard them both, but not in the same place. And of course mounting them to the sides is the way to go, or there's no point in buying dipoles.
Have you budgeted for an amp for the RTi12's?

NO budget plans yet but that probably would be the smart thing. Any recommendations on the amp to look at also.
