My daughter knocked over one of our tower speakers (RTi series) today. It chipped the veneer off the top corner of it. I want to get some replacement veneer for it (black), but dont know where to find it. Ive googled several different things, but it never seemed to be what I needed. Help! If you know of any online stores that would sell it, or any stores in southeast Michigan, Id really appreciate anyones help. Probably will not answer any questions tonight, Im off to bed. Will check thread in the morning. Thanks again.

I think there is a store on grand river around livonia or farmington area that sells laminate but i dont know their name. I think it is a wholesaler. I will ask a guy at work who bulids cabinents and counter top where and what the name is. another option is you can call polk customer service and order a repalcement cabinent if there are any avaliable. i think they stock a few. might be a little pricey but so is your time and materials trying to repair it. besides you might not like the finished repair.for my money i would order it and swap the guts. fifteen minutes and back to new. good luck i will check back with the name of the laminate place.

I did some searching and found the laminet that i think matches most polk speakers i ever owned. it is from formica model 4266 ebony.I then did a search looking 50 miles from where i live westland area and came up with this as a distributor.
Here is a link to the formica site with the color chip. You can do a search for a dealer closest to you. once you know which color you need you can go to home depot or lowes to order also. Good luck.
