Another site I go to is sponsoring a meet near College Station in a place called Hearne. Its basically your typical car show but for a good cause.
1st Annual Derek Scott's Auto Park TRUCKIN' for TOYS Car Show

DATE: Saturday, November 20th

TIME: Registration begins @ 9am.
Gates open @ 10am
Awards begin @ 3pm

LOCATION: Just off HWY 6 on HWY 79 @ Hearne High School in Hearne, TX

WHY: To help raise funds for children of under-priviledged families for Christmas. Help each child to have a wonderful Holiday Season!

ADMISSION: Contestants - Toys($10 min.) or $10

also, categories are:
Antique, Classic, Muscle car, Sport truck, Offroad, Sport SUV, & Lowrider. There will be other awards handed out as well for things like Under contruction, paint, etc...
