FX 300i or FX500i?

I am having a heck of a time finding ANY FX 500i speakers. Our buddies at Circuit City have the 300i speakers but I cannot find any that have the 500i and have yet to see anyone with the FXi50 yet. It is killing me! I really want to upgrade my surrounds...

Anybody know of a source for FX500i's???
Polk RT 800i mains, CS 400i center, FX 500i surrounds, RT 35i rear centers, Definitive Supercube II, Yamaha RX-V3800, Samsung PN58C8000

    brandnamez.com has them, but there are a few people waiting for their's still. you could also try crutchfield. no CC's around me have them either...

    I actually checked with Brandnamez as well and they did say they were backordered...My experience with similar situations with online retailers has been that they will not be getting any and they will just try to sell another product or the replacement product when it comes out...

    i would try crutchfiled then, they are a quality dealer, and authorized by polk. i highly recommend them:

    f/x500i

    i sent you an email to save you a few bucks too...:D

    I had a pair on order from Brandnamez since the sixth of Febuary. Still no speakers. On the 11th they sent me an e-mail say they would be in at the end of the week but they could get me the f/x300i speakers rightaway. I used the first time buyer /referal at Crutchfield , saved $25 and ordered a pair of scratch and dent. The speakers were ordered from Crutchfield on Sunday and arrived today! How is that for great service. ( And they are an authorized dealer also!)

    What is the rest of your system like? I have 1000i's and 400i in the front and have the 300i's in the rears. They sound fine to me. Though after I get my HSU (still a long time off) I might want to upgrade and then it will be too late. Good luck in whatever you choose.

    If you guys are in the bay area and looking for the f/x 500i -GG at Palo Alto has them in open box and in good shape for $349/pair.
