help with new ht design

ok i am in the prosses of getting a new ht bulding a new house so i am takeing just about the whole basement exept the mecanical area. the size will be 16 by 30 or 35 with a 9 foot celing. now here is my queston.i have the 800 400 500 combo for my speakers will this be enough speaker for the size of the new ht. size or would the lsi be better. my goal is a 160 in screen and 3 rows of seating

any options will be good
