DVD burning software

My question is; are any of you aware of a program that will extract/rip/burn a single chapter from a DVD movie? See my other recent thread for the motivation for this. My goal is to be able to pull a chapter from movie A and have it play into another single chapter from movie B and so on and so forth. The software I have right now does the full movie and nothing else that I am aware of.

With DVD Shrink, you can even pull a slice of a chapter and pick which soundtrack to go with it. Then you need Nero or Alcohol or whatever, to actually do the 'burning' process.

IMO Smartripper is one of the best softwares out there for ripping DVDs. It breaks and unlock all the encryption codes, disable macrovision and rips all region DVDs. It's a freeware to download.

I made a DVD of all my favourite chapters which has loud bass and action scenes to test my HT system. LOTR-trilogy, Blade II, JP3, T3, K-19, and many others. Now I don't have to change the DVDs 1000 times on my DVD player. Also I used the Nero Vision to burn the VOB files on the DVD-R. My Malata DVP-580 DVD player plays all the VOB files.
