Speaker Help
I currently own a pair of RTi6 mains and FXi30 surrounds. Are these speakers a good match? I am looking for a center and found a great deal on the CSi3. Is this a good match for the 6's or do I need to step up to the CSi5?
If the FXi30surrounds don't match the RTi6 I may sell them and add a pair of RTi4's. Good Move?
Thanks from the newbie!

Welcome to the forum.
Good questions deserve good answers and you should be able to get them here.
Your FXi30's should be a good match for the RTi6's. If you don't notice a large difference when sounds move from the front to back, then you should be okay.
The CSi3 should also be a good match for the system. It has the same tweeter as the RTi6's.
Have fun with everything.Tschüss

Hi Keeter, and welcome.
I'd suggest picking up the CSi3. It will be an excellent match with the RTi6 speakers and a satisfactory match with the rear surrounds. I bought a CSi5 to go with a pair of RTi12s but would have been happy with the CSi3 with any of the other RTi speakers except the biggest ones. The CSi5 and CSi3 sounded different to me in the midrange with the CSi3 sounding a bit better (more accurate) by itself to me than the CSi5. The CSi5 was a better match to the large speakers though. At half the price of the CSi5, the CSi3 was a good deal even at full price.
Enjoy.
