Well I finally purchased some 2 channel REVOX equipment.

B160 tuna
B150 intergrated amp
B208 system remort

This will replace a B&K ref 10 tuner/surround sound preamp (used stereo only) and Adcom power amp.

Not sure what SDA speakers to use yet.

Hope to get the stuff Monday or Tuesday. I'll let you know how it sounds.

Purchased a Sony CDP-m555es 400 CD jukebox about 10 days ago. Don't know why I wanted so long to buy and set this up. Very convient to use so far, but many hours loading the unit with 400 CDs.

Damn... there's an old name that hasn't fired off a brain cell in a long time..

    New stuff? Vintage? What? Link(s)?

The system has a remote for the amp and tuner and cassett deck which I didn't buy. This stuff is well known in Europe. I understand it is built like a tank.

I got it because Revox tuners are well known and have a remote.

I hope I can drive my SDA's with a conservative 120 watts per channel.

    Photos soon.

For the sake of space, and confusion of the peanut gallery - do me a favor and leave OFF the wholesale sections when you quote Orion - we all know it means nothing as far as real value anyway.

I like my Revox Cassette deck, better than the Nak Dragon.

    Cheers,
    Russ

    **** Russman

He would have added the remote controlled tape cassett deck for $100, but I have no use for it. The photos of it looked very impressive.

The contact for the revox cassett tape deck is:

    musician7w@yahoo.com

His name is Wally and is a good guy that has other stuff to sell also.

    Good luck

I remember when I was in high school in the mid 80s, there was this Revox cassette deck that had a center-mounted transport. It was huge and it looked like it was machined from a single piece of metal. Very heavy looking.
