Replacement part for RT-20P speaker

Ken,

I had a pair of Polk Audio speaker with the serial number of 04910 since 1997. The mid-range driver (MW7009) of the right speaker seems to have the problem (distortion noise) compare to the left speaker. I would like to replaced this driver now. Please advice of how I can order the part directly from this website, and do I get discount from Polk as member of this forum? All of my Polk speakers are registered under the official warranty program.

    Call Polk CS, they can get you the driver you need.

    I got a call from Ken yesterday, he take care of the order for driver replacement, 20% discount for Polk's member of the forum plus 2 days UPS shipping...cool...thanks Ken...Russ and big TROYD...

    I will take care of this after I get home from Vancouver BC

    got the replacement driver, take 5 min to replace, works fine...

    however, it wasn't sent by USP 2 days as promised (for forum members), it was sent by fedex ground, take forever to get here:mad:
