I thought it would be a good idea if everyone who wanted to.. to post a picture of themselves and write a line or two about yourself. Introduce yourself to the gang here. We have lots of newbies on board.. and i'd like to make everyone feel welcome here. It's good to put a face behind the nickname.

I'll go first...


Hello my name is Al. I live in Washington state. I'm a newbie of sorts.. having only been involved in Polk Audio since mid 2001.

It all started in a small 500w radio station.... HA! JK!

I like puppies, pretty flowers.. and bright colors. Waaaaaaaaa! :rolleyes:

Here's a picture of me taken this July on the Oregon coast. It's beautiful there.. visit it if you can in the summer. PVT me if you like.

Anyways.... hope more of you will introduce yourself. Even if you're not new here.. we'll all benefit from seeing your mug shot!

    So, yeah, I'm your standard run-of-the-mill just out of high school geek. I've always loved good sounding audio, and I'm happy that I've finally found it!

    Yeah, forgot about that. My first name is Noah. Only the people that have done business with me know that, but I guess that for the most part I can trust the people on here :P.

    I love my Mon 10's. I can't wait to get them in my new room once our new house is built. I should have the space to set them up the way they're supposed to be. I don't have the stands for them, and I think that that really detracts from the sound. I'm gonna build some for the new room and get things right :-).

    I'm ryan, and im an audioholic. I'm 17 and flat broke from buying audio gear. it all started with an aiwa receiver and some yammie bookshelves. Man i loved that system, not because it was good but because it was better then anything i had ever had. Here's my senior pic despite the fact that theres a 2000-2001 date on it, idk why thats there.
