My '94 Accord just turned 163k on the Polktoberfest return...

Pales compared to the wife's '93 Civic at 235k and counting.

I'm starting to think Honda knows how to make cars... :)

2002 Dodge Durango - 49000. I bought it in April '04 with 28k, and have already put 20k on it.

    Previous vehicle:
1996 Ford F-150 - 126000 and still counting. My dad has it down in South LA now and it's still running strong. The I6 is a good motor.

My dad used to have an '87 Chevrolet Suburban with over 300K before I killed it in high school.

Figure in the roll out, the drive back to the pits, staging, etc I dunno a couple hours maybe. Best time of 9.01 @137mph. Any faster and I'll need to hang chutes on the back. It takes a lot longer to go from 137mph to 0. Before I gutted it, it had 53k on it. The current drive train has right at 40 miles on it.

I just sold a 92 Buick Century owned since new with 172k.
The better half drives a 99 Lumina that has 157k.

It is nice to buy my company cars for pennies after I've driven them on the road. I bought the Buick for $1800 and the Chevy for $900.

I service the heck out of them with the companies $ so I know what I am buying.

$2700 for cars for the Mrs. since 1994 isn't too bad is it?:D :D

'01 F-150 and nearest I can tell is that the front axle has about 42K and the rear axle has about 65K on it. At least that is what I can gather from tire wear characteristics!

    1998 Civic = 90K
    1990 Grand Prix = 98K.

That's right. 14 year old Grand Prix still under 100 K. Just recently bought it off my in-laws; that always have a spare car, so none of their vehicles has high miles on it.
I can't believe how well this thing runs; has the 3.1 liter V6, and man does she fly. Makes my Civic seem like a toy.

    I wouldn't buy a Chevy with or without a 100k warranty...

I say if it's **** then why own / drive it. A car that spends most if it time in the shop is no fun, warranty or not.

My better car at one time was a 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo had 38k on it needed the following...

    2 window power regulators.

1 power window switch driver’s door died 6 months after regulator was replaced.

1 Rearview mirror Glue melts in the heat of day (rattles)

    1 Intake gasket.

    2 Fuel injectors.

1 Steering shaft (not lubed from FACTORY)

2 Brake pins (AGAIN not lubed from FACTORY)

More I sure but that’s what on the top of my mind.

I sold it / traded it in for an Acura TL just because I was afraid to own it any longer before something really broke.

I hear you on the steering shaft: My 57K Olds Intrigue is on it's second intermediate steering shaft and it's clunking again. The lube is just a band-aid for a poor design. Shame, 'cause it's a fine car in most other respects. Ride and handling is nice, good power and drivetrain integration with the 3.8, averaged 31mpg on my last trip, etc..

    My other odometers:

'88 Corvette 144K. This one got a new engine last year, but that was due mostly to the previous owner being a dumb***.

2000 Z28 5250. No kidding. The advantage to buying a 6-speed that the wife can't drive...

My first car was a beat-up '74 Corvette that I bought and put back together when I was in high school. It had 267K on it (about half by me) when I sold it.
