LSiFX Setup
I'm about to set up my 7.1 system. I will be using LSi15 for mains, LSiC for center, SVS PB2+ sub. Here's my question. I also purchase two pairs of LSiFX, one pair for the side surrounds, and the other pair for the rear surrounds. What would be the proper Bipole-Dipole for my setup. All surrounds are 6' off the floor, and 7' equal distance to the main sitting area. Do some people think that I should have gone with a pair of LSi7 or LSi9 for the rears? My room size is L-25' W-18' H-8'.

Great system. The two pairs of LsiFx should work fine. Use of direct radiating vs. bi/di-polar speakers for the rear and surround is a matter of personal taste. Experiment with the bi-pole/di-pole settings to see which one you prefer.HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub
