Powering LSi15

Sooo.. I can't decide between the LSi9 or the 15 
I kinda like the 9 because of the variety of placement, but I would have to have stands. With the 15s, I wouldn't have to have stands, and would have awesome bass performance.
So, first, should I get the 9 or the 15? I am in an apartment btw
Second, if I do decide on the 15s, would a Arcam A65 2 channel amp power that? It's 40W x 2 @ 8ohms, and the LSi series is a 4ohm speaker.
So many decisions

First you should get out of the apartment. All apartments that I have been in have paper walls. You would not even be able to enjoy you treasure. Just my 2 cents.So, first, should I get the 9 or the 15? I am in an apartment btw
