    Russman goto www.dolby.com and check out all the pdfs especially the ones which says Dolby Digital vs. DTS.

    They are actually pretty small, and I didn't see them say anything about adjusting levels up or down on any channel.....

    Nevertheless, i suspect that the article implie that the listening position was really centered, which isnt the case for lots of us, and they have symetric rooms etc....... It all matters in the end
