i now own four rti10 that i use on fronts and surrounds bi-amped.I really like the envelloping sound that this setup offers.I have two channel of amplification available. I'm looking for the best option offering the best sound reproduction possible and still use the two channel available for amping.Where I live, the option that i have are, the CS2(bi-amped)279$can,CS3(bi-amped)199$,CS5(bi-amped)499$ or ,and i think that's the one i going for, 2 bookshelves(6 1/2inch,tweeter)499$.For best sound dispersion, imaging, sound reproduction.... What do you think? any suggestion or experience with bookshelves in parallel or seperately amplified for center channel?

Yeah Early, why not bi-amp, if the amp is going unused...

    astor,
Several folk use twin centers in their HT. Was dubbed "center channel on steroids" by one member.

Some have both side by side below their projection screen. One member stood his on end flanking his monitor. I just picked up a 2nd CS400 and plan to have one above and one below my monitor.

And there are some members that use bookselves to flank their screen.
    More later,
    Tour...

Using a CSi40 below my TV and a CSi30 above the TV has worked out great for me. The CSi30 is pretty high up, but angled down with a couple of rubber door stop wedges under the back it really disperses the center channel across the room. I drive the CSi40 with an Outlaw M200 and the CSi30 is running off of my HTR-5790. I found that if I used the Yamaha EQ without the CSi30 hooked up, then added the CSi30, I got the center channel presence I wanted, even at low volume or for quiet dialoge in movies.

Yeah, the CSi5 would work well with your setup, should be timbre matched...and I'd bi-amp the center assuming that the two channels of amplification available are assignable...
