is it worth replacing my reg AR cables with the pro II..and trust me I'm going this weekend to buy tons...even component (I can't use it yet but in the future I will)
no naner plugs just pins....but Ill keep my eyes open for sure
Can I use any type to replace my sub cable either audio analogue or a dig coax which would be better ??

The biggest problem with most interconnects, is the connector itself. Gold, sure, gold plated brass - and we all know how 'conductive' brass is.
If you have a good pair to begin with, twisted pair or coax, with decent shielding, I'd look into some WBT or Vampire Wire connectors, and re-terminate them.
That will undoubtedly be your best bang for buck option, and produce the MUCH better results, than simply 'rolling cables'.
Not speaking of anyone here directly, but it has always amused me how the brass jumpers on speakers get ditched - but everyone still uses brass connectors between all their gear.
