I have a $1500.00 reserve set on the speakers(just to let you know)from what you guy's say that is at the low price.They sound great even with a 200watt per channel amp.I guess I could ship them if anybody want's to pay for shipping(can only begin to think how much that would be).The only reason I'm selling them is my WIFE is telling me to turn them down all the time,so IF YOU CANT CRANK EM WHY HAVE EM!!!

    Welcome to the forum.

    We have a unwritten rule here that we don't post links to our own auctions. Besides that, your auction link was already posted by another member.

    What would have been nice is if you had offered the speakers here first to fellow Club Polk members, then if they didn't sell put them up for public auction.

    I think that given the level of tech. help and recomendations given to those in need, and that has been endless, it's fitting that the favor be returned by giving us first crack at items befor they go to E-bay for a feeding frenzy. But would like to say thanks for litting us know the reserve but would have been better if you would offer to end the auction for us for that amt.

    This place makes me feel funny inside :)
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Apology accepted... No more condemnations, just explanations.

    We have had many one post wonders drop in hawking their auctions. A couple have even turned out to be scammers. It's another reason that we "enforce" the unwritten, but I don't think anyone believes this applies to you.

    All the above is just part of your penance. All that remains for you to do is involve us in the "reinvestment" of the proceeds... :cool:

    Surprised you haven't attracted any bids by now. Hope you have a flock of watchers...
