RTi10's + small surrounds

My living room is somewhat cramped for space, and with these two big rti10 behemoths, theres not much area left over for surrounds especially the topwers I have now serving as surrounds.

My question is this...could I use some small and easily mountable like speakers from the Atrium series as side and rear surrounds?
I use plain stereo for music listening...the surrounds, 4 in all, would serve only to flesh outt he environment.
The receiver I have has an SPL, so I can balance them out and keep those big **** up front under control.

Of course, I am open to sugestions about small surround speakers from other brands so long as they sound alike to Polk RTI10's.

    Try giving some of the smaller RTi bookshelves a listen. Or try out the FXi surrounds, both are matches to your mains.

    FXi > Attriums.

    I say get dedicated rears and mount them to the wall. They're more flush to the wall and sound WAY better. The Attriums do sound good, for outdoor speakers.
    Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

    Home Setup: Sony VPL-VW85 Projo, 92" Stewart Firehawk, Pioneer Elite SC-65, PS3, RTi12 fronts, CSi5, FXi6 rears, RTi6 surround backs, RTi4 height, MFW-15 Subwoofer.

    Car Setup: OEM Radio, RF 360.2v2, Polk SR6500 quad amped off 4 Xtant 1.1 100w mono amps, Xtant 6.1 to run an eD 13av.2, all Stinger wiring and Raammat deadener.

    And...

    the Atriums with enough power sound amazing with plenty of bass.

    We are feeding the Atrium 55 275 watts (about 75 feet away) and it handles it all and fills up a huge area, VERY nice...

    They would do any surround system justice running in the back, IMO.

    Thanks for the advice, fellas.
    I already have some atrium 45's as a free pack-in deal from Polk.
    My mounting area is a very critical factor in my speak choice for surrounds. May see odd, but right now, mounting options take a first place over quality of sounds.
