I have 4 Polk MMC570 speakers and 1 MM2104 10" Subwoofer, Will the Polk 400.4 amp be enough to push the 4 speakers and subwoofer?

not properly... that amp really should only go to the 4 speakers, with a separate sub amp. it could be wired such that the speakers and the sub both run off the amp, but it's very much preferable to do it with a 2 amp setup - it'll be less rough on the 4-channel amp and you get to keep the ability to fade from front to rear.

If a sub amp is a total impossibility, we'll tell you how to do it :) if you've got a little money for the second amp, say how much and we'll give you amp reccomendations

I actually just bought the 4 MMC 570 (5X7) Polk MOMO's and the 1 MM 2104 10" subwoofer. To keep cost down and still get the best performance would you recommend instead of the Polk 400.4 the Audiobahn A660IT 6 channel amp?

If youre set on a 5 channel amp then I highly recommend this Kicker KX700.5. This is the best 5 channel on the market. It puts out a very stout 70x4 and 420x1. This is the most powerful 5 channel I know of.

Now if youre wanting to go with 2 amps then I recommend either my setup of a Crossfire VR404 (50x4) and a Crossfire VR302 (300x1). Both of these amps are very powerful, well built and clean. I like mine a lot.

Other amps I like are MTX. Like this Thunder404 (50x4) and this Thunder342 (340x1).

I dont like Audiobahn at all!

yeah, i'd agree to stay away from audiobahn, because while it will perform, it may not do so to expectations; what's the budget you've got set out for the amplification? $570 (the price of the 400.4)?

Yes, my budget is around 570.00, also besides the Amps suggested above, is the Phonix Gold Zenon 110.4 any good?

Cody, If you had 4 MMC 570 Polk MOMO's (5" X7") and 1 MM 2104 Polk MOMO 10" subwoofer, What amps would you buy to get the performance and a reasonable cost?

The Phoenix Gold Xenon is their new top of the line model, it replaces the Titanium series. They are fully regulated and put out the same power from 1 to 8 ohms. They are very good amps and you wouldnt be going wrong by getting one but they wouldnt make my short list.
