If anyone is looking. I saw a pair of traded in RTi 70's for $129 ea. They had OB 9-11 on them. This is the Gaithersburg MD store. Looked like they were in good condition.

Glad to help. I am new and have received lots of useful info on this forum. I hope they are still there.

I bought mine for $149.99 each NIB at the CC here. I think it was a fluke. Course, I once got a Tivo for $69 at CC. I stop in there from time to time just looking for "the deals". Got a pair of RTi28's for $80 out the door NIB a few months back.

You just never know with them. You can save loads of money if you stop bye now and then. I usually make it by there at least once a week. They must have a monkey in the back making the labels. I don't see how they can do stuff like that and stay in business.

Lot of us got them for that price or little less if open box. RTi8's went for the same a little while ago as well.

Well, from a lot of people I've talked to, they're not doing well. If you notice, they're dropping all of the higher end stuff, and are dropping some brand names completely. Polk speakers are limited to Monitor stuff for home and I believe just DB coaxes for car. CC is losing the battle to BB, so I guess the plan is to only sell cheap stuff they can make good profit from and know they can sell a lot of since its so cheap. I wish Americans wouldn't sacrifice performance for price so much :(
