We bought the Lion King 2 and the wife and I watched it(more my wife cause I wasn't feeling to good) and while it wasn't as good IMO as the first one the biggest disappointment was the lack of LFE so much so that I don't think the sub turned itself on during the whole show. We watched it in DTS and I was quite disappointed in it because the first one was excellant. Has anyone elese watched it? Would it be a bad mix in the sound track?

I will get it for the kids, but I know it won't be as good as the first Lion King. The mix that Disney put with the soundtrack on the first one was awesome. The storyline was also better one part one. I will get it just to have in my collection. Not looking for it to be as good the original.

My 5 years old girl told me: "Daddy, you don't need to buy Lion King 2 on DVD, we have one on video (VHS) already, besides, it's not that good" and my 9 years old boy kept nodding in agreement.. :D

    The kids have spoken!
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.
