Anyone seen this setup?

My parents dropped off an early 90's technic integrated amp and while looking at it, the outputs make 0 sense. The center and front say 8Ohm only and the rears say 4Ohm only...
Does anyone have an idea on how this can occur? Shouldn't the front and center circuits be stronger than the rears?
