I recently purchased a Pioneer Elite DV-47AI. Very nice Unit.
Was wondering if anybody here who own's this or another similar product, can hear any difference in sound by engaging Pioneers Hi-bit & Legato Pro features.
I've tried all cominations of these settings and to be honest can't hear any difference in sound. Tests were all done using plain music CD's. Could this be a malfunction on the unit possibly ?
It's stated in manual that this filter process only has an effect through the Analog out Front 2 (L&R) channels.
Both Pioneer Tech Support & Dealer I bought it from have no clue....go figure !
Any comments or thoughts would be welcomed.
Thanks.

If I get a chance I'll play with mine next week to see. Ask Mantis, he may know.
