Polk Vintage for HT

I'll tell ya what guys and gals... I am thoroughly impressed with my 15TL's for fronts and a CRS+ for the center.(Russ I realise this is a no-no in your book but I am enjoyen myself!) As happy as I have been with my 800i fronts and a 400i center I will say that the vintage settup is much more suited for 5 channel music and 2 channel music in general but also does GREAT for HT.

My room is much more rich with sound, provides huge imaging and the bonus is that it seems to really mate with my fxi50i surrounds without an issue.

For me and me alone... I really enjoy the old RTA's and the the overall sound they provide.

    whatever sounds good. cant imagine that set up sounding bad at all!

    Hi HB,

    I'm a big enthusiast of Vintage Polk for home theater as well. I've recently added stacked CRS+s for my centers. They replaced a CS400i center and match perfectly with my SDA-1C mains.

    I consider this a definate upgrade having all Vintage Polks for the front array of a home theater.

    my Outlaw amp is not a common ground and I need some xformers:D I want SDA fronts in the worst way. I think i know what kind of circuit is necessary so my 2B's are in my HT system.

    I need checked before all circuits go;) My Outlaw 770 is outstanding and want to ensure nothing gets blown up.
