is this the right tweeter for this model 10b?

found this pic on Ebay. the speakers look nice.. but i don't think i've ever seen this tweeter on any pair of 10b's that i know of. it almost looks like there is some platic part over the tweeter.

It's bogus, they scream no sale to any Polkie. I emailed the seller, but as usual no response to a valid inquiry.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
