I have two(2) Used SL1000 Tweeters for sale. *SOLD*

I do not know how many hours they have, nor do they come with original packaging. However, I am a shipping and packaging expert ;)

They are cosmetically 100%, and functionally 100%. The SL1000 has an brushed aluminum fascia, not the matte black aluminum fascia of the SL2000. The domes have no human caused imperfections.

How do they fair compared to the sl2000's? Wonder how they would do in a pair of monitor seven's that have the original soft dome peerless and if they would be an upgrade from them? Or would the sl2000 be a better choice for them?

You mean the Peerless with the hole? I think that tweeter is outstanding.

The only "upgrade" from the Peerless tweeter would be the new replacement IMO. I use the term upgrade loosely when in relation to that of course.

Yeah, didn't we talk about getting you some hotrod tubes anyway? I'll put em to use in DIY design.

    Cheers,

Been seeing more of these silver plates on old Polks on the "bay". Was wondering if they were the 1000's... now I know.

Looks like a little baffle below them in your pic. What did you pull these from?
    More later,
