Picked up the new Goodfellas and Once Upon a Time in the West.

Looks like movie night a few nights coming up.

    Is that Goodfellas the same as the original? That is a great movie.:cool:

    Yes, it's the same movie. The original DVD release was a 2 sided "Flipper" disc with no added material. The new release is the original film, only digitally remastered audio and video with a 2nd DVD full of bonus material.

    No need to add any deleted scenes here. The move was perfect from the start!

    I need to get that one also. I hated to get up in the middle of the picture and flip the disc over. THAT SUCKS! I have the original version and I will keep it, but I may be purchasing the new one also.

    I picked up the whole Scorsese box set..Goodfellas has a commentary with the real henry Hill on it..great stuff

    Nothing for me today. Picked up Once Upon a Time in the West the day it streeted, one kick-**** Western!
    If...
    Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
    Ron loves a film = don't even rent.

    I bought the Unrated Girl Next Door --- blind purchase. Seems to be my type of movie though.......

    Captain Ron for the lady.

    CTA is one of the best comedy's of all time, a must own! Can't believe I waited til now to get it.

    CR is one of my g/f's favorite movies so I bought it for her b-day.
    Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

    I love that movie! Eddie and Arsenio are funny as hell. I got this one earlier this year.
