Trade anyone

I have a B&K ref 10 HT pre amp/tuner that I only use for stereo. It has Dolby ProLogic and Dolby Digital but doesn't have DTS decoders, but it can be up graded as I understand it. I have the remote and manuals and the original box. What I would like to trade it for is a good tube pre amp and/or a good tuner with a remote.
Any interesting offers?

How about an Adcom GTP-400 tuner/preamp? Has an awesome tuner (still the best one I've got by far), and an above average 2 channel pre-amp section that is supposed to be very close to it's bigger brother, the 565. I also have the 565, and I honestly can't tell any difference between them.

Thanks for your offer but I really need a separate tuner with a remote. I have a tuner/preamp and it doesn't get hiss free FM. There is just not enough room to put a good tuner in a pre amp. I need a tuner with selective range, local or DX and small less than 0.1 frequency changes on the tuning dial.
I'm really interested in a simple stereo tube pre amp. -
Just thought I would mention the FM tuner Dorokusai has for sale. I tested it and the FM section is awesome. It is a Sony ES series but as with most tuners does not have a remote. If you are looking for audiophile quality and a nice clean unit this would be a good one. Sexy looking too. Contact him for the selling details but I think he wants $50 for it if it is still for sale. It is a killer deal.

The ES Tuna is long gone.
I've got some tuners, I'd need a little more specifics though as to what you are looking for. I want to say we've talked before on the matter, but I've slept since then.

I wish I could have helped you, but without a remote....a Mod ES Tuner didn't fit your bill anyways....looking for a vintage receiver? Thanks Max for dropping for me
I moved it on to one of our crew.
Russman can get you square on the tuner genre at this time...give him a shout.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint. -
yeah, how many stand alone tuners have remotes anyways?
my vintage Pioneer TX-9500II sounds incredible. By far the best tuner I have ever heard. It's mod-able from what i've read. I have not done any mods to mine. and it sounds really good to me, I can't imaging it sounding any better than it does already. once modded I read that they open up some... i'm not really interested in doing that to mine. I'm not into DX'ing.
Grab one of them.. and get yourself a pair of Franks' Signal Cable 2's and you will be in heaven.
i'm sure you all know about the FM tuner page already.. but for those who don't.. i think it's like FM tuner info you can get your read on there.

Yes I realize that a good FM tuner with a remote is difficult to find. It is my quest however. My B&Kref 10 is in excellent condition. I am selling or trading it because I use only the FM part of it.
I was hoping that a two channel nut with extra good tube 2 channel pre amp would be interested in trying HT. Thus the trade idea.
If they are in the NH area I would consisder trading one of my SDA's. The polk gods are now frowning.
