That's because you don't live in New England, with a real NFL team.

    How 'bout them Cowboys!?

I'd also like to see the Raiders do well. No one knows if Jerry Rice will retire after this year, but he's arguably the best player in NFL history and deserves to go out with a SB win...

    Go Saints!!

LOL.... that was a joke. What one playoff victory in 30+ years.....I still watch them patiently on Sundays and wonder why I even waste my time.

I have been attending LSU games since 1987. Tiger Stadium is louder than my SVS! 150,000 tailgaters and only 92,000 tickets. Only missed a few games because I had to stand in weddings and such.

LSU and USC in the NC game??? I can only wish... Our defense is going to be even better this year from what I've been hearing and the running back corp / OL line will be the "bread n butter" of the O.

Is THAT all? ;) OSU get's probably close to 200-300k tailgaiters (wouldn't surprise me if it was more), oh and we seat around 104,000. But I'm sure you'll have the better team this year. Would have loved to see the LSU team from last year play our 2002 squad, talk about a defensive struggle!

Golden Tech is the nickname for Colorado School of Mines. Small engineering school in Golden Colorado. Our lovely mascot is a donkey that used to place dynamite at the end of mine shafts and tried to trot back out before they were blown up. Colors: Silver and Navy

    Tryrrthg,

150,000 is just a guess. Here in Baton Rouge for the Georgia game last year it was over 200,000 estimated. Columbus and Ohio State are also much larger cities and student population than BR / LSU. (700,000 and 60,000 vs. 400,000 and 30,000). Tiger Stadium is being updated with a new West Upper Deck this year and more Club seating. There are plans to wrap the East and West uppers together which would put the seating capacity somewhere near 110,000 but that may be a few years down the road and if we can keep Saban from going to the NFL.

I remember playing Ohio State my freshman year in college. The year was 1987 and the game ended in a tie 13 - 13. The next year the Buckeyes beat us in Columbus 36 - 33 another good game. That's the only two meetings our teams have ever had which I find kind of amazing.

I still say the SEC rules though. We have the toughest league and then you have to play in the extra tough SEC championship game. Is the Big 10 getting a championship game this year?

We have to play Georgia in Athens this year and I'm telling you them dawgs want our head on a platter after what we did to them twice last year.

    Scottdawg you reading this bud?
    Are you REEEAAAADDDDYYY???

Ah, I'm just breaking your balls. :D

It's always great to go tailgaiting down on campus. We almost always talk to someone from the visiting team and they are AMAZED at how many people show up and don't have any tickets to the game or how crazy our tailgait parties are. They always stay and party with the OSU faithful even if their team loses! (which is usually the case) ;) (hope I can say that this year!)
