'97 BMW 528i Sound System

Hi Friends,

I just bought this car and the sound is terrible. Can anyone help me to fix this problem? I want to keep the same head unit. I'veen thinking about perhaps replacing the speakers. Which one? And perhaps adding an extra amp. Do I Need to do this also?

Which way should I go about it?
