Well, I can get some from Habib's Pharmacy and Camel Sales but I don't know if they have the absorbancy and so forth that I need. There are a tons of posts with many mods over at TA (Tampon Asylum) that I'm thinking about doing but maybe I should just have some shipped from Wal-Mart in the states. Should I look for higher performance and absorption out of the box or is it worth modding the cheap ones??

I hear a length of duct tape with cotton balls mashed on it can be a real giant killer if you go the pad route.
I would shy away from the empty shotgun shell mod. If they aren't done right, you'll end up with that burning sensation when you tee tee.

I dunno if I want that lush tube feeling or that 'in your face' feeling that a SS pad can give.
I've heard that dynamating the pads can really ad stability but I just don't know if it will make them more noticeable.
