RTi10s or RTi12s?
I have a pretty unbalanced setup, I have Polk R20s as surrounds, MTX Monitor10s as fronts, and MTX SW2 Subwoofer (Single 12" Driver rated for 100 watts) And a CSi5 Center Channel, The Monitor10 were my first step-in to Home Theater, and then I heard the Polk R20s and I got hooked on Polk sound. When I scrounged up the money, I bought the CSi5 with full intentions to keep it and be buried 6 feet under with it. All is well until I took it home and listened, The CSi5 is much clearer than my fronts, and I want to fix that by replacing the fronts with a voicematched speaker.
Now after that long-winded explanation, which would be better, the RTi10s, or the RTi12s? I don't intend to use a subwoofer and this hometheater setup will move between many sizes of rooms as I get older.
Thanks

12's ... no contest ... I've listened to them both extensively and have a pair of 12's ...
Just keep in mind they DO need power beyond what almost all receivers can provide to sow what they have. -
RTi12 with a 300 watt amp or more since u have no sub lol
Would be FAR FAR cheaper to buy the RTi8 along with a SVS, and will be ALOT easier to drive and sound just as good.- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
