water proof speakers for Jeep CJ?

Hi everyone,

I'm brand new so just throwing this question out there. I've just bought a 1978 Jeep CJ-7 and plan on having the hard top off as much as possible.
Has anyone heard of a good quality speaker / radio system that can withstand a rainstorm now and then? Or am I just being crazy about all of this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

    might try looking at boat speakers
    theyre not waterproof...but resistant

    Yeah, marine speakers will be your best bet. Im not sure how well they will react to thunderstorms though.
