Can u bridge just one sub? i know its a stupid question but i am new to all of this.

    bridging is taking a 2-channel amp and making it a mono or 1 channel amp
    so bridging refers to wiring to the amp, not the sub
    and yes, as long as the sub is a single voice coil(svc), 4 ohm sub, then yes, it can be bridged

    You can bridge a dual voice coil sub too provided they are 2 ohm coils. Just wire them in series and, voila, youve got a 4 ohm load! ;)
