Had the system cranked tonight (Rush - Hemispheres - "The Trees"). Everything was going great 'til I heard a pop and my room went simultaneously brighter and darker. Turns out I knocked a filament loose in one of my halogen tracklights. It was likely ready to go, anyway, but it was kinda cool that my system took it to an early demise.

I'm now down to 1 out of 3 lights. The other one I bumped w/ my hand (pretty hard) and it went out. Oh well... it's, uh... mood lighting. For, uh... myself.

You can bet that the rest of the night will be spent trying to kill the last remaining light :D

    i killed a comp desk once.....vibrated the end right off.....good thing the monitor didnt fall off lol

    Man, you've got great taste in music. Matter of fact, I'm gonna spin Hemispheres vinyl in the cave tonight, in your honor!

    I'm still getting your 'box' together, perhaps some sort of power conditioning is in order.... ;)

    Hemispheres is pretty good. I also have Fly By Night and 2112. I like 2112 the most, but Hemispheres is growing on me. All my copies are on cd, but a buddy of mine has 'em all on vinyl. Some day, some day. I don't want to get into vinyl until I can *really* get into it.

    No luck taking out the other light :( .... maybe tomorrow. :D

    PS, Russ- No hurry on the box, and don't overdo it. Everything seems to be working out right now. Thanks, man.
