I really enjoy live music. This weekend.. i'm going to see 80's icon Cyndi Lauper in concert.. she's so unusual. lol

Seen here twice before... she's quite good in live.

FYI: I just scored tix for Sting/Annie Lennox gig later this year. woo hoo!

what a great summer this is turning out to be.

    Cyndi was great of course. It was on outdoor venue at the Seattle Piers. what a great setting. Sunset in Seattle with the downtown cityscape lights glowing.

    Cyndi sang all her hits. including a very "unusual" slow version of She Bop. ;)

    She doesn't have a very smooth voice.. but she can sure sing and hold a note for a long time. She did her rendition of Walk on By.. the Burt Bacharach song made famous by Dionne Warwick. Very nice. SHe sang a few other standards as well.
