Recommend RTi6/Rti4 speaker stand height ?
Hello people ,
Seems Iam going to re-do the furniture and placement for my small bedroom HT system . The room is a small 12X12 w/10 ' ceiling and carpeted floor .
Iam going to purchase a new , but simple audio rack/tv stand to better suit the room (pictured HERE ) . The 27" tv will sit on top of this rack with the rack height being 33" tall (+tv height of 24") .
I'll be running RTi6's/front , CSi3/center (on top of tv) , and a pair of RTi4's for the rear (stands or wall hanging is undeceided for the 4's)
I currenty have some 24" stands from a previous setup , but this seems a bit "low" in height for the newer setup , as the bottom/base of the tv ( or top of rack/stand) will now be at a 33" heighth .
Seems like a 30" speaker stand is now in order for better ear placement to the tv height and listening postion ; would this be correct ? Opinions ?
If I do go with 30" stands , any recommendations to fit the RTi6's placed on carpert (and possibly the Ri4's if not wall hung ) .

Tweeters in front should be at about ear level ... in the rear 2-3 feet above ear level.

now if you can't hook them on the wall you can lay them flat on their backs and aim them upwards
