MSI KT3-Ultra motherboard for Duron/Athlon/Athlon XP. Sold

Athlon XP 1800+ CPU Sold

PNY GeForce 4 Ti4400 - Works perfectly well in mobo listed above. When moving to my new mobo, fan gets unacceptably loud. I have no idea what the cause of it is. May be a good upgrade project and place a new fan/heatsink, or one of those large passive heatsinks. Sold

Samsung CDRW 40/12/48. Works decent. Adequate speed. Noise is a little bothersome. There is something noisy with the motor or something. Cosmetically fine. Makes the occaisonal coaster. I would say 1 out of 50 is defective. $10 + shipping.

Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 Nice entry level sound card. Perfect condition. Used lightly for a couple months. Includes driver CD. Purchased OEM. $15 + shipping

Reason for sale - upgrade to a new computer. All items are used and were purchased new by me roughly two full years ago. Other than the fan with the video card, which may or may not be problematic for you, everything is in perfect working condition.

I have no idea what the market value on two year old, used components are. Make me an offer if interested. Not looking to rake anyone over the coals.

    $$$?

Might be interested in the whole shooting match depending on cost.

I'll go $65 for the whole shabang, or $25 a piece. Buy the whole kit and I'll throw in a massive heatsink and fan.

XP2200+ with a decent mobo, new, can be had for $40-60. I might have underestimated how much the GF4's go for. Computer parts do not hold their value very well, I usually just end up building the whole computer without using any old parts and use the old as a server, Audio- or HTPC. ($65 for the whole set isn't a bad price.)

The video card is AGP 4x and has 128mb ram. If your first post was a declaration of interest, or dibs, you are I guess ahead of faster for the CPU. If not, faster has expressed and interest in the CPU. I'll let you two sort that out.

I agree. I would have done the same (server/HTPC), but the power supply died on me. That, and a PC I built for my mother is now no longer wanted. So, I am taking my HD, SC, RAM and DVD drive from my old and putting it in the new and better. Hence, the sale.

Is the SC included in the bundle or not? If not, what kind?

Does the soundblaster card have a digital out? I would like to hook this up to some spare polks and a yammie sub that I have.

It has a 1/8" digital out for computer speakers with that size jack and functionality. It does not do optical/coaxial digital out.
