    Sure it will. Its worked so far. The difference was staggering when I slapped some Dynamat on the panels. Ive only got a couple trouble spots left.

    Mat material on metal of door and foam on door panel is the way to go.

    ok i have a question about sound dampening im going to be running two audiobahn 12 inch flame q 450w subs and two audiobahn 10 inch 450w subs the flame q's as well. i dont want my trunk to sound like a bag of aluminum cans, how do i prevent this.

    they are powered by dodges old subs, hes helping me with box designs,too would rubber behind the tag help too, cause doesnt it vibrate alot also.

    I use Dynamat on the door panels and door skins and both for the same reason. Dynamat adds mass to whatever its stuck to which reduces the chances its going to vibrate and resonate.

    Dynamat makes a trunk kit just like a door kit. Thats all you should need to get rid of the aluminum cans. Just make sure it's the Dynamat extreme and not the regular Dynamat.

    butyl mat is not just "mass loading." If you want that, stick to ashphalt mat like Brown Bead
