Why do I get search results with auctions in The United Kingdom?
Is there a way to filter them out?

Thanks

By default, Ebay has items show up for the entire Ebay system worldwide. When doing a search, click on the "refine search" option to the right of the search box. Towards the bottom of the advanced settings screen that shows up are location options. Hit the bullet for items located in the United States only and you'll filter out items located outside the U.S. You can save frequent searches with these options to save time.
